YOUR FIRST VISIT

During your first visit we will collect your demographic information and health profile. Our goals are, first, to address the issues that brought you to our office, and second, to offer you the opportunity for improved health potential in the future. Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Gardner to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and recommendations for a physical examination.

Physical Examination

A comprehensive chiropractic and neurological examination is performed on each patient under our care, prior to the administration of any treatment or recommendation. This examination ensures that we are able to provide the very best care for your specific need.

We will use our state-of-the-art Insight Millennium Subluxation Station to help us determine the health of your nervous system.

X-Ray, Laboratory and MRI Studies

Depending on your specific condition, examination findings and case history,

X-rays, laboratories and MRIs may be ordered to help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any potential complicating factors.

Report of Findings

Once the examinations are performed and information is collected, Dr. Gardner will give you a detailed report of your examination findings and will provide you with your Core Score.

​

It is at this point that Dr. Gardner will inform you if chiropractic care is right for you.  A treatment plan will be recommended and associated costs discussed.
