Who is a Chiropractor?
A chiropractor is a health care professional who is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders, with an emphasis on treatment through manual adjustment and/or manipulation of the spine.
Do I need a referral to see the doctor?
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to see us, you only need to call and book your appointment. [Please note that Sagicor requires a referral doctor for reimbursement of insurance claims].
Do I need to make an appointment to see the doctor?
Yes! We go strictly by appointments only.
What happens on my first visit? Will I be treated?
No, when you come in for the first visit, you will receive an examination so that the doctor can know what is wrong with you. An individualized treatment plan will then be designed, to address your specific concerns.
Do you accept health insurance?
Your insurance company does not reimburse a chiropractor for services rendered. You will therefore need to submit a claim form after making your payment. We will assist you in filling out your claim form for submission.
What is the cost for the first visit?
When you come to the office for the first time as a new patient, you spend up to an hour. You will be doing a comprehensive detailed physical examination along with two neurospinal scans. The cost for that visit can either be $10,500 0r $13,500, depending on the complexity of your case.
This amount paid, also covers your second visit where the doctor provides you with a comprehensive report and recommendation for care. This visit is called the Report of Findings.
Do you have any other locations outside of Kingston?
No, for now, our only location is in Kingston.
Does the doctor only see patients with back issues?
We do not only treat back issues. There are several different therapies that the doctor uses to successfully treat many conditions such as:
- Chronic fatigue
- Gastrointestinal disorders
- Autoimmune conditions
- Irritable bowel ... and more!
Is there an age limit for the patients he sees?
There is no age limit. We have seen newborns to centenarians.
Does the doctor prescribe medication?
No, we use a non-medicinal, non-surgical solution to health.
Does the doctor do home visits?
Unfortunately, home visit is not a service we offer at this time.
Do you do MRI or any other imaging there?
No, if after an examination and the doctor requires imaging, then you will be referred to get one done.

A chiropractic neurologist is a highly trained and qualified expert that diagnoses and treats a wide range of neurological disorders. These include problems involving the brain, spinal cord and the nervous system.
